Our work on Louis XIII was an independent exercise conducted in house to showcase our capabilities in photogrammetry and CGI. Recreating such an iconic and complex piece was always going to be a challenge but our dedicated photography suite and software workflow allowed us to replicate the subject matter with 100% authenticity.
Utilizing Photogrammetry
Our creative direction team gave us a clear insight from the start with how the bottle should be depicted. Taking into consideration the environment, lighting setup, surrounding props, and the perfect product recreation created by the photogrammetry scanning process, the only limits were our imagination.
To re-create the Louis XIII bottle using conventional CGI methods would be extremely complex and time consuming. Our state-of-the-art photogrammetry scanning solution enables us to capture the most complex designs perfectly. Coupled with simultaneously acquiring the textures, this process eliminates many hours of manual modelling. This allows us to craft the lighting and scene development much more rapidly.
