Maxi Cosi

Having been instrumental in the launch of the new generation car seat range with a revolutionary rotating base, Maxi Cosi again commissioned PICS to create a selection of social & online content, highlighting the beauty and functionality of their latest product. Utilising stunning close up macro views and elegant sweeping camera passes, we were able to depict their safety features, comfort, ease of use and superb build quality with these authentically photorealistic demo’ films.

With supplied CAD data, PICS meticulously refined the models then similarly developed and applied the surface textures in advance of the scripts. We always work proactively so this initial development work gave us a solid foundation for the great results we produced in the beautifully elegant CGI animations.

Our overall final look was dictated by the filmed footage into which our motion design sequences would be edited but it was crucial to match the gentle lighting within the film. For the individual shots, our camera moves were established through multiple animatics, and our final films were designed to work in multiple social & online formats.
